Managing Time and Priorities
The main difference between successful and mediocre salespeople is how they use their time.

Overview
Most salespeople have no idea what their time is worth or why it is essential to know the value of their time. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. This workshop is not so much about managing time as it is about choosing the right priorities. To properly allocate something, one must understand what it is worth and the concept of opportunity cost. Spending an hour on one activity means you can not use that hour for anything else. One of the critical differences between salespeople who struggle and salespeople who thrive is that successful people understand how to maximize the return on their time, how much time they should allocate to various activities, and how much time they should invest to win a particular piece of business.
What's Your Time Worth? How should you allocate it?
According to INC. Magazine, only 8% of business people set and achieve goals. Most people constantly face the seemingly impossible question: What do I do next? This session addresses the dilemma with a simple, proven system of prioritizing everything. We sort tasks into four types: High Importance, Low Importance, Urgent, or Non-Urgent. Participants evaluate real-world issues in a highly interactive setting and sort them from highly important and urgent to low importance and non-urgent. This fun exercise provides clear guidance as well as immediate stress relief.

The objective of this workshop is to inspire attendees to use the concepts taught to maximize the return on their time.
