This session addresses the dilemma with a simple, proven system of prioritizing everything. Tasks are sorted into a combination of four types: High Importance, Low Importance, Urgent, or Non-Urgent. Participants apply their real-world issues in a highly interactive setting and sort them from highly important and urgent to low importance and non-urgent. This fun exercise provides clear guidance as well as immediate stress relief. | |
