Step 1:
You help us tailor and develop the sales scenario! We use the scenario to portray your prospect/client and focus on specific performance issues
Step 2:
Your sales person completes an on-line style assessment which provides information on the individual's style of selling.
Step 3:
The sales person telephones a hypothetical customer for an appointment. The call is audio taped. Verbal feedback is given after the sales person makes the appointment call.
Step 4:
The sales person makes an on-site call at a specified location near you on a Sales Concepts' instructor who portrays your prospect or customer. The call is video taped. The instructor gives feedback to the participant following the call.
Step 5:
On a different date or time the sales person makes a follow-up call. The instructor gives feedback to the participant following the call.
Step 6:
We provide verbal feedback and recommendations to you about your sales person.
